My name is Matt Pitcher, and I founded Pitcher's Mound as the nonpartisan public policy idea incubator / lab / think tank of Williamson County, TX. I'm simply a concerned citizen collaborating with my neighbors on solutions to our common problems. No political parties. No big money influences. Only brainstorming possible solutions.
